Virtual Summer Reading Challenge

LCS is excited to announce our first K-8 Virtual Summer Reading Challenge!

Students can read what they want, when they want! Students are encouraged to select print and digital materials at their reading level. Students READ the books they want or need to, LOG progress towards their reading goal by completing an easy online form, and if they finish their challenge, they EARN recognition and a certificate when they return to school in the fall!

WHO CAN PARTICIPATE? All students, K-8!

DATES: June 16 - August 24, 2018

CHALLENGE REQUIREMENTS:

K-4 STUDENTS: 1,000 MINUTES IN 10 WEEKS. That’s an average of 20 minutes a day, five days per week!

5-8 STUDENTS: 1,500 MINUTES IN 10 WEEKS. That’s an average of 30 minutes a day, five days per week!
